"We loved our stay at this little farm cottage built in the 1700s. So much charm and authenticity! The brand new kitchen had everything we needed. Views of the alps from the windows were breathtaking. The owners live in the attached cottage and speak terrific English. They are extremely helpful. My only recommendation to them is that they perhaps place some slipcovers over the two sofas in the living room of the cottage since they are a little musty and dusty. "What a find! The b_Smart is right next to the station and walkable to the old town. Landquart is easy to reach by train and is a useful hub for day trips into the Alps and other directions. The hotel is new, modern, light, quiet, and spacious. Most rooms have good views of the mountains. Included breakfast was a perk. You can even have breakfast in your room as the serving area is right across the hall from most rooms. At first, we were a bit daunted by the self-serve check-in. In fact, it was super easy and quick. Highly recommended."
